MediaTek Research Lab Inc. is seeking a highly skilled RF designer to join its global RF team working on 5G and 6G RF products in advanced CMOS processes.

You will specify, architect, design and verify complete sub-systems for 5G RF/mmWave ICs, focusing on innovative architectures and first-silicon results while collaborating across timezones.

Qualifikationen

• Masters/PhD in a related field is required or strongly preferred.
• Industrial experience is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of RF system analysis and specifications.

This is a great opportunity to be part of MediaTek’s highly experienced global RF team working on state-of-the-art 5G and 6G RF products in advanced CMOS processes. Your responsibilities will include the specification, architecture design, circuit design, implementation and verification of complete sub-systems for 5G RF/mmWave ICs. Your focus will be on developing innovative architectures and circuits with leading edge performance and excellent results on first silicon.

Qualifications and Essential Skills:

• Masters/ Graduate or PhD in a closely related field
• Relevant industrial experience
• Excellent knowledge of RF system analysis and specification
• Strong experience with 2.5D and 3D EM simulation tools
• Experience with design in advanced CMOS technologies (28nm or below)
• Strong analytical skills
• An innovative thinker with a passion for challenging technical problem solving
• Highly motivated and results driven to see projects through to completion
• A strong team player able to collaborate on complex projects as well as successfully working independently
• Able to communicate effectively with people across different timezones and cultures
• Excellent time management and organisation skills
