Intellectual Capital Resources Ltd. is seeking a Principal RF Engineer in Cambridge to own RF design decisions and guide products from specification through to production. You will lead the development of RF and mmWave circuits, modules and subsystems, balancing performance with manufacturability and cost.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to review, troubleshoot and release designs, while mentoring other engineers and improving design processes across the organisation.

Formación

• Significant RF/microwave/mmWave circuit or system design experience with a relevant degree or equivalent expertise.
• Proficiency with RF and EM simulation tools such as ADS, Microwave Office, CST or EMPro.
• Strong understanding of system line-up analysis, tolerance and yield analysis, and design for manufacture.
• Ability to lead technical work, support other engineers and turn design or measurement problems into practical solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Own RF design decisions from specification through to production and commissioning.
• Lead development of RF and mmWave circuits, modules and subsystems, with emphasis on performance, yield and cost.
• Collaborate with mechanical, PCB layout, manufacturing and test teams to review, troubleshoot and release designs.
