Job summary

Intellectual Capital Resources Ltd is seeking an RF/mmWave IC Design Engineer for its R&D centre in Cambridgeshire. This full-time, office-based role welcomes engineers from early-career to senior levels, contributing to the design and development of RF ICs and subsystems using advanced CMOS technologies.

You will work on architecture, verification, and optimisation of high-performance RF circuits, with mmWave experience being advantageous but not essential if you have a strong RFIC background.

Qualifications

• A degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, RF Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Strong fundamentals in RF circuit design and analysis.
• Practical IC tapeout experience.
• Experience in mmWave circuit design is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to specification, architecture, circuit design, implementation and verification of RF ICs and subsystems.
• Develop and optimise high-performance RF circuits for advanced wireless applications.
• Support design verification, testing and troubleshooting to achieve performance targets.

This is a full-time office-based role at our client’s R&D centre in Cambridgeshire.

This opportunity is open to engineers across a range of experience levels, from talented early-career engineers to highly experienced senior and principal-level specialists. You will contribute to the design and development of high-performance RF integrated circuits, working on innovative architectures and circuit solutions using advanced CMOS technologies.
