Job summary

IC Resources is seeking a Senior RF Electronics Engineer to take ownership of RF and electronics development across multidisciplinary projects in the UK. The role covers the full hardware lifecycle, from concept to verification, with work on LNAs, PAs, RF front-end and RF testing.

You will collaborate with antenna, mechanical, software, firmware and systems engineers, and explain design decisions to clients.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Strong RF circuit design fundamentals.
• Commercial RF electronics design experience.
• Experience designing LNAs, PAs or similar RF front-end hardware.
• Understanding of low-noise DC/DC or SMPS design.
• Hands-on RF hardware bring-up, debugging and testing experience.

Responsibilities

• Own RF and electronics development across multiple projects.
• Develop RF front-end hardware, PCB designs and bring-up.
• Prototype, integrate, test and verify hardware through full lifecycle.
• Collaborate with antenna, mechanical, software, firmware and systems engineers.
• Explain design decisions to clients and translate requirements into solutions.
