Job summary

IC Resources is seeking a Lead RF Engineer in the UK to lead a multi-disciplinary RF/mmWave engineering team, balancing hands-on involvement with strong leadership. You will drive design reviews, mentor engineers and ensure timely, cost-aware delivery across RF, mechanical, PCB and test domains.

The role focuses on leadership and project delivery, with ongoing technical direction and decision-making to keep programs moving forward.

Qualifications

• Previous experience leading or managing engineers.
• Solid background in RF, microwave or mmWave engineering.
• Ability to manage people, priorities and technical delivery.
• Experience mentoring and developing engineers.
• Enough technical depth to challenge designs and support technical decisions.
• Strong communication skills across engineering and project teams.

• Managing and developing a team of RF engineers
