Qualifications

• 10+ years of Total Rewards experience in complex, international settings.
• Strong advisory, consulting and executive compensation expertise.
• Excellent understanding of Compensation and Variable Pay.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into rewards solutions.
• Strong presentation, storytelling and influencing capabilities.
• Experience with senior management and handling confidential matters.

Responsibilities

• Act as a senior Rewards advisor to business leaders and HRBPs.
• Lead Executive Compensation matters including senior remuneration packages.
• Prepare business cases, executive presentations and decision papers.
• Provide challenge and recommendations on complex Rewards issues.
• Bring external market intelligence and emerging practices into discussions.
• Support Total Rewards across Compensation, Variable Pay, Benefits and Global Mobility.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and digital tools in research and analysis.
• Collaborate with HRBPs and Total Rewards to build capability.
