• Deep knowledge of Compensation, Variable Pay & Total Rewards.
• Strong business acumen to translate requirements into rewards solutions.
• Excellent presentation, storytelling, influencing skills.
• Experience with senior management and handling confidential matters.

Aufgaben

• Act as a senior Rewards advisor to business leaders and HRBPs, translating business priorities and workforce challenges into Rewards implications and recommendations.
• Lead Executive Compensation matters, including senior remuneration packages, incentive arrangements, retention solutions, exceptional cases and related governance.
• Prepare business cases, executive presentations, decision papers and compelling Rewards narratives for senior stakeholders and governance forums.
• Provide challenge, alternatives and recommendations on complex Rewards matters, supporting informed decision-making.
• Bring external market intelligence and emerging Rewards practices into business discussions and identify opportunities to enhance the Company's Rewards offering.
• Provide business perspective across Compensation, Variable Pay, Benefits and Global Mobility initiatives and contribute to cross-functional Rewards design.
• Support HRBPs and the Total Rewards team in building capability in Rewards advisory, consulting, stakeholder management and business storytelling.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and digital tools to enhance research, analysis, scenario development, decision-making and stakeholder communication.
