• Ability to translate complex reward concepts for non-experts.
• Experience with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver Total Reward and job evaluation projects.
• Review and analyse grading structures, pay frameworks, and external market data.
• Help design reward strategies balancing competitiveness, cost, and culture.
• Translate complex analysis into clear client recommendations.
• Partner with colleagues across Work & Career Architecture, Organisation Design, and broader consulting teams to deliver integrated solutions.
