Job summary

The Bicester Collection is seeking a Senior Reward Manager to lead Benefits and Wellbeing across Value Retail Europe, spanning 7 countries and 9 villages. This permanent, full-time role focuses on strategic leadership, governance and delivery of benefits programmes while contributing to compensation activities.

You will collaborate with Finance, Legal and People Operations, advising senior leaders and shaping an integrated reward strategy, with potential to broaden into compensation over time.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in Reward with exposure to benefits and compensation.
• Deep expertise in benefits management across multiple countries.
• Experience operating at a Senior Manager level and influencing stakeholders.
• Experience with job evaluation, pay structures and benchmarking.
• Strong commercial acumen and external partner management.
• Excellent analytical skills and advanced Excel capability.
• Clear, confident communicator of reward concepts.
• Trusted and discreet with sensitive reward matters.
• Interest in expanding scope to broader reward leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end strategy and delivery of benefits across Value Retail Europe.
• Lead and evolve the wellbeing strategy across diverse geographies.
• Act as benefits centre of excellence advising People Ops and HR at senior level.
• Ensure policies and communications align with company objectives.
• Lead relationships with benefit advisors, brokers and platforms.
• Partner with Finance, Legal and People Ops to keep programmes compliant.
• Build trust and influence with senior stakeholders across villages.
