Job summary

Career Moves Group I B Corp is seeking a Senior Rewards Analyst / Comp and Ben s Manager to lead Reward and Benefits for a multi‑discipline, fast‑paced team in the UK. You will drive pay reviews, benchmarking, and benefits strategy across media, creative and central services functions.

You’ll partner with the People team and senior stakeholders, manage a small team, and ensure compliant, accurate payroll and reporting while continually improving reward processes.

Qualifications

• Generalist background in Compensation and Benefits.
• Experience running bonus and salary review modelling end-to-end.
• Solid experience in salary benchmarking.
• Line management experience.
• Advanced Excel skills and numerical ability.
• Strong working knowledge of HR systems and reporting.
• Confident senior stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Building strong relationships across the business to handle pay and benefits queries.
• Submitting data to third‑party providers for benefits and salary surveys.
• Analysing the current benefits offering and conducting competitive analyses.
• Managing the bi‑annual pay review and annual bonus end‑to‑end.
• Advising on pay benchmarking and benefits harmonisation.
• Overseeing benefits processes with brokers and external providers.
• Supporting wider Group Reward projects and legislative changes affecting reward.
• Overseeing payroll instructions and related reporting.
• Analysing payroll data, headcount and key People metrics.
• Line managing a team of 3 (1 Administrator, 2 Analysts).
