Equans Group is seeking an Assistant Retrofit Coordinator to join our Leeds team. The role is full-time with a competitive salary and benefits package.

You will support the Retrofit Coordination team across PAS2035 processes, assist with surveys, modelling, and the TrustMark compliance, and help maintain high standards for all customers including housing associations and end users. A strong background in energy efficiency retrofit and good communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Retrofit Assessor qualified.
• Domestic Energy Assessor qualified.
• Proven ability and experience in managing survey processes around housing refurbishment schemes and retrofit assessments (TrustMark).
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) including report writing.
• Able to develop effective working relationships with internal and external partners.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist Retrofit Coordination team in management and delivery of PAS2035 process (assessment, design, installation, handover, monitoring).
• Assist with implementation and quality checking of retrofit surveys and processes to ensure high standards of quality and compliance.
• Collaborate with Retrofit & Central Sustainability Team to position EQUANS as partner of choice in energy efficiency retrofit solutions.
• Provide accurate energy modelling using energy modelling software.
• Assist in managing PAS2035 lodgement process on TrustMark and align with contract delivery programmes.
• Ensure end-to-end PAS2035 and PAS2030 process and customer journey maintains high standards for all customers.
