Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking a Director, Chief Architect for Retail to guide major retail clients through technology-enabled transformations from strategy through benefits realisation. You will work with CTOs and Heads of Architecture to shape enterprise-scale architectures and lead multidisciplinary teams in delivery and value creation.

The role involves building trusted relationships, driving solution design across ERP, APIs, cloud, AI and retail-specific platforms, and contributing to business

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading enterprise architecture within the retail sector.
• Strong knowledge of retail domains such as omnichannel, merchandising, supply chain and store ops.
• Proven track record selling and delivering complex architecture or technology transformation engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture across large retail transformation programmes from strategy to delivery and benefits realisation.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across client accounts.
• Shape solutions using ERP, APIs, microservices, cloud, AI and modern architecture approaches.
