Qualifications

• Experience delivering business-led IT change in medium to large enterprises.
• Proven business development with senior stakeholders to generate revenue.
• Experience building multi-year technology roadmaps.
• TOGAF or comparable Enterprise Architecture qualification (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Lead the digital technology advisory team and align operating models with business strategy.
• Develop digital technology strategies, roadmaps and architecture plans for Retail clients.
• Advise C-suite executives turning business needs into technical strategies.
• Assess and design operating models using TOGAF, SAFe, DevOps and Design Thinking.
• Set up governance frameworks to protect architectural integrity across engagements.
• Grow existing client relationships and win new business from leads to negotiations.
• Contribute to thought leadership on Retail portfolio strategy and software selection.
• Coach and develop your team.
