Job summary

TSS, in partnership with Staffline, seeks an Elite Retail Security Officer in Plymouth to join a busy retail environment. You will provide a highly professional security presence, deter theft, and protect staff and stock while delivering excellent customer service.

Applicants should hold a valid SIA licence (SG or DS) and have at least 3 years of retail security experience. Driving licence required for multi-site coverage; on-site operations across 7 days with varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Valid SIA SG or DS licence required.
• Minimum 3 years' retail security experience.
• Driving licence and willingness to cover multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Act as a highly visible security presence to protect colleagues, customers, stock, and company assets.
• Prevent theft, fraud, and stock loss; monitor and respond to incidents.
• Support loss prevention strategies and shrinkage reduction.
• Prepare detailed incident reports using digital systems.
• Collaborate with store management and retail teams.
• Ensure security procedures and client requirements are followed at all times.
