Responsibilities

• Act as a highly visible security presence to protect colleagues, customers, stock, and company assets.
• Proactively identify and prevent theft, fraud, and stock loss.
• Support delivery of store loss prevention strategies and shrinkage reduction.
• Monitor and respond to suspicious activity and security incidents.
• Conduct investigations and gather information related to theft and loss incidents.
• Produce accurate incident reports using digital reporting systems.
• Build positive relationships with store management and retail teams.
• Ensure security procedures and client requirements are followed.
