Staffline, in partnership with TSS, is recruiting an Elite Retail Security Support Officer for a national mobile role across multiple regions. The role involves 45 hours per week and requires travel across sites with a strong focus on loss prevention and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Enforce adherence to SOPs across deployments and conduct incident reviews.
• Analyse incident logs and body-worn camera data to identify gaps and drive performance reviews.
• Provide frontline support for high risk and complex deployments.
• Work with underperforming units to optimise team effectiveness.
• Deliver data analytics, incident reviews and field support to drive operational excellence.
