Croud is seeking a Retail Media Senior Account Manager in the Greater London area to lead strategic client initiatives and drive profitable growth across multiple platforms. You will guide a dedicated team, shape best practices, and own relationship management with major brands.

You will mentor Executives and Managers while optimizing campaigns, reporting, and time management to deliver exceptional client service in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team of Executives and Managers.

• Ability to develop and implement account development plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead on Retail Media strategy and execution across client portfolios.
• Manage a portfolio of major client accounts and mentor Retail Media staff.
• Drive operational excellence and scalable processes.
• Deliver insightful reporting to demonstrate value and guide decisions.
• Oversee setup, budgets, and performance for vendor and seller models.
• Collaborate across Retail Media, Paid Media, and Analytics teams to improve cross-channel performance.
