Job summary

Blue Square is seeking a Senior Retail Implementation Manager to lead end-to-end strategic retail implementation projects across the UK & Ireland retail estate. You will translate business objectives into actionable plans, manage budgets and teams, and partner with marketing, sales and operations to deliver customer experiences at scale.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a track record of delivering complex programmes in retail technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic retail implementation projects across multiple locations and channels.
• Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, timelines, resources, dependencies and budgets.
• Coordinate activities across stores, contact centres, agencies, suppliers and channel partners.
• Translate business objectives into actionable retail implementation plans that enhance customer experience and drive growth.
• Establish governance, track progress, risks, budgets and delivery performance.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across activations, operations, marketing, sales and procurement.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools and ways of working for efficiency and scale.
• Oversee project closure, including reporting, budget reconciliation and lessons learned.
