Job summary

Samsung Electronics UK is seeking a Senior Retail Implementation Manager to lead strategic retail projects across the UK & Ireland. You will drive end-to-end delivery, align cross-functional teams, and oversee budgets and timelines to ensure exceptional customer experiences and commercial growth.

You will engage senior stakeholders, manage multiple programmes, and travel as required to regional locations. This role supports a dynamic technology brand with strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large-scale retail implementations, transformations or complex programmes.
• Strong leadership with ability to coach high-performing teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic retail implementation projects from concept to rollout and post-evaluation.
• Develop comprehensive plans covering scope, timelines, budgets and resources.
• Coordinate activity across stores, contact centres, agencies, suppliers and partners.
• Translate business objectives into actionable implementation plans to boost customer experience and growth.
• Establish governance, monitor progress, risks, budgets and delivery performance.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders across functions and external partners.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools and ways of working for efficiency.
• Close projects with reporting, budget reconciliation and ROI assessment.
