Job summary

BT Group in Milton Keynes seeks a Senior Retail Advisor to lead the shop floor when managers are away and to drive customer-focused sales. You will match customers with suitable BT EE products and deliver service that reflects the brand’s standards.

You will support leadership and the training of peers, maintaining an upbeat, resilient store atmosphere. Flexibility for part-time or varied shifts is available to fit personal needs.
