EE Bristol is hiring a Senior Retail Advisor to lead on the shop floor, guide colleagues, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You’ll assist with directing store operations when managers aren’t present and play a key role in coaching others to meet targets.

You’ll balance customer engagement with leadership duties, staying composed in busy moments and bringing positivity to every interaction. Comprehensive training and development are provided.
