Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Retail Data Analyst to join us at Cheil UK on a secondment contract (12 months) with Samsung. The role is based at Samsung EU HQ offices in Chertsey.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze retail data from offline stores on product sales across Samsung Europe subsidiaries, including Run rate, Shelf Share, Sell out/OOS rates, dead SKUs to identify issues in offline retail.
• Monitor and audit data quality to support reporting processes.
• Prepare reports for internal and external audiences using business analytics tools (dashboards, graphs, visualizations).
• Collaborate with retail teams to coordinate initiatives and guidelines, ensuring support for execution.
• Align with senior management to deliver projects in line with business objectives and timelines.
• Create strategic reports for senior management to communicate team strategies and project plans.
• Monitor product mix monthly for the Head of Retail D2C and D2C Delivery Manager.
• Report on D2C store data such as Footfall, Sellout, and Sales per sq ft.
• Monitor mystery shopping results, NPS, and insights across D2C.
• Track Opex and indirect costs against key metrics.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience in retail operations, analysis, product sales, and use of data platforms and reporting tools.
• Relevant experience in retail sales operations.
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and organization.
• Experience with statistical methods and data visualization techniques.
