Job Description

We seek a Data Analyst to support our data, customer success, and product development teams. Initially, the role focuses on mastering back-end data processes, including data entry, data quality, and identifying process improvements, with increasing responsibility and client exposure over time.

• Interpreting data and analyzing results using statistical techniques
• Identifying and analyzing trends in complex datasets
• Cleaning data and reviewing reports to identify and correct issues
• Collaborating with management to prioritize needs
• Developing databases, data collection systems, and analytics strategies
• Generating reports across systems
• Maintaining data security and integrity
• Creating visualizations and reports for projects

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in Data Analysis within Financial Services
• Knowledge of UK leveraged credit markets (fixed income, private credit, leveraged loans, high-yield bonds, CLOs)
• Self-motivation as the first remote UK employee supporting EMEA growth
• A degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or Statistics
• Experience with reporting tools, databases, and programming
• Skills in querying, report writing, and presenting findings
• Experience with statistical analysis tools
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
