We are seeking a Senior Retail Data Analyst to join Cheil UK on a secondment contract (12 months) with Samsung.

The position is based at the Samsung EU HQ offices in Chertsey.

Your Key Responsibilities:

1. Analyze retail data from offline stores, including product sales, Run rate, Shelf Share, Sell out/OOS rates, and dead SKUs to identify issues.
2. Monitor and ensure data quality to support reporting processes.
3. Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders using analytics tools (dashboards, visualizations).
4. Collaborate with retail teams to coordinate initiatives and guidelines for effective execution.
5. Align with senior management to deliver projects aligned with business goals and timelines.
6. Create strategic reports for senior leadership to communicate team strategies and plans.
7. Monitor product mix monthly for retail metrics.
8. Report on D2C store data such as Footfall, Sellout, and Sales per sq ft.
9. Assess mystery shopping results, NPS, and insights across D2C channels.
10. Track Opex and indirect costs against key metrics.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience in retail operations, product sales analysis, and data reporting tools.
• Relevant experience in retail sales operations.
