This role as an AI Trainer - Norwegian Writers offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise and develop AI skills. You will be instrumental in training AI models to ensure the accuracy and relevance of Norwegian content generated by AI. The position offers flexible scheduling, and your work will directly influence AI advancements in the Norwegian language.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

1. Educate AI: Analyze and provide feedback on AI-generated outputs related to Norwegian. Your guidance will enhance the AI's accuracy and real-world applicability.
2. Problem Solving: Use your expertise to offer step-by-step solutions and explanations for complex Norwegian language problems, including punctuation, spelling, grammar, and creative writing. Your input helps teach the AI reasoning skills.
3. Red Teaming: Identify potential biases, limitations, or inaccuracies within the AI's knowledge. Design tests to challenge the model's understanding, ensuring reliable outputs.
4. Flexible Scheduling: Create your own working hours based on project needs.

About You

• Enrolled in or completed an Associate's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Fluent in Norwegian.
• Excellent English spelling and grammar with a strong writing style.
• Critical eye for evaluating written text, articulating strengths and weaknesses.
• Professional writing experience (researcher, journalist, technical writer, editor, etc.).
• Interest in AI and machine learning concepts.

Additional Information

This is a freelance, hourly-paid position. It is not an internship. Candidates must have work authorization in their country; sponsorship is not provided. Our pay range for U.S.-based candidates is $15-$150 per hour, with rates depending on skills, experience, and location.
