This innovative role as an AI Trainer - Finnish Writers offers a unique opportunity to leverage your subject-matter expertise and develop your AI skills. You will play a pivotal role in training AI models, ensuring the accuracy and relevance of Finnish content generated by AI. This position offers flexible scheduling, and your contributions will directly impact the advancement of AI in the Finnish language.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

1. Educate AI: Analyze and provide feedback on AI-generated outputs related to Finnish. Your guidance will directly improve the AI's accuracy and ability to apply its knowledge to real-world problems.
2. Problem Solving: Using your expertise, provide step-by-step solutions and explanations for complex problems in Finnish, including checking punctuation, spelling, grammar, and creative writing. Your input is crucial for teaching the AI effective reasoning.
3. Red Teaming: Identify potential biases, limitations, or inaccuracies in the AI's knowledge base. Design and conduct tests to ensure the model's outputs are reliable and applicable to real-world scenarios.
4. Flexible Scheduling: Create your own working hours depending on project length.

About You

• Enrolled in or have completed an Associate's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Fluent in Finnish.
• Excellent English writing skills with a strong style, spelling, and grammar.
• Critical eye for evaluating written text, with the ability to articulate strengths and weaknesses.
• Professional writing experience (researcher, journalist, technical writer, editor, etc.).
• Interest in AI and machine learning concepts.

Additional Information

This is a freelance, hourly-paid position. Candidates must be authorized to work in their country of residence. We do not offer sponsorship. Compensation rates vary by location.

Pay Range: $15 - $150 USD per hour.
