Job summary

Kingfisher is hiring for a customer analytics role to develop advanced insights across our digital and store channels. You will partner with retail teams to strengthen customer understanding, build automated reporting, and measure engagement and profitability.

The position is hybrid, with attendance in Paddington or Southampton and a typical mix of remote and office work. The role requires extensive customer analytics experience, strong commercial sense, and excellent SQL and Power BI skills.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in customer analytics with a retail focus.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of broader business principles.
• Excellent SQL skills and experience with dashboarding tools, preferably Power BI.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to draw concise insights from large and disparate data sets.
• Ability to provide compelling insights and recommendations and influence senior leaders.
