Job summary

SaccoMann is seeking an experienced Restructuring & Insolvency Solicitor to join its national practice at senior level in Manchester. You will lead the restructuring work for the Manchester office, working closely with senior partners and contributing to the growth of the practice area across the region.

The ideal candidate has extensive PQE in restructuring & insolvency, a proven transactional and advisory track record, and strong BD and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 8+ years PQE in restructuring & insolvency, ideally at top-tier firms.
• Proven track record in managing transactional and advisory matters in this area.
• Strong business development skills and ability to win new clients.
• Experience supervising junior lawyers and working collaboratively in a team.
• Excellent drafting, communication and organisational skills, with a client-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the restructuring and insolvency practice in the Manchester office, collaborating with senior partners.
• Advise on complex transactional and advisory matters and liaise with a broad stakeholder base.
• Drive growth of the practice area across Manchester and contribute to national initiatives.
