Job summary

Executive Network Legal Limited in Manchester is seeking an experienced Restructuring Solicitor with 8+ years' PQE to join its growing national team handling high-quality restructuring and insolvency work.

You will advise on non-contentious restructuring, work with corporate, finance and real estate teams, manage transactions, develop client relationships and help grow the practice across Manchester and Leeds.

Qualifications

8+ years' PQE in restructuring & insolvency
Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills
Ability to develop client relationships and generate new business
Experience managing transactions and supervising junior colleagues
Commercial approach and excellent client care, with ambition to grow the practice

Responsibilities

Advise on a broad range of restructuring and insolvency matters, predominantly non-contentious and transactional
Work closely with corporate, finance and real estate teams across the firm
Advise a diverse client base, including lenders, investors, corporates, directors and insolvency practitioners
Handle high-value and complex domestic and international transactions
Develop client relationships and help grow the practice across Manchester and Leeds
Work alongside an established national team with strong partner support
