LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a leading national law firm recruiting a Restructuring & Insolvency Solicitor in Manchester to help develop the regional practice.

You will join a well-established Finance & Restructuring group handling non-contentious, advisory and transactional matters, working with lenders, investors and corporates. The role offers exposure to high-value, cross-border work and opportunities to progress within a growing team.

Qualifications

• 7+ years PQE in restructuring and insolvency from a top firm.
• Ambitious to build a regional Manchester practice and network.
• Strong technical foundation with excellent drafting and communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-contentious, advisory and transactional restructuring work.
• Advise lenders, investors and corporates in distressed situations.
• Collaborate with corporate, finance and real estate teams across the firm.
• Develop and supervise junior team members while delivering high-quality work.
