eNL is seeking an experienced Restructuring Solicitor with 8+ years PQE to join its growing Manchester practice. You will handle high-value restructuring and insolvency matters, working closely with corporate, finance and real estate teams and advising a diverse client base.

This senior role offers a platform to develop your practice, build client relationships and contribute to the firm's national presence across the North.

Qualifications

• 8+ years PQE in restructuring & insolvency
• Experience in non-contentious restructuring and insolvency matters
• Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills
• Ability to develop client relationships and generate new business
• Experience managing transactions and supervising junior colleagues
• Commercial approach and excellent client care skills

Responsabilités

• Advise on restructuring and insolvency matters, predominantly non-contentious and transactional.
• Collaborate with corporate, finance and real estate teams across the firm.
• Advise a diverse client base, including lenders, investors and corporates.
• Handle high-value, complex domestic and international transactions.
• Develop client relationships and help grow the practice across Manchester and Leeds.
• Work with an established national team with strong partner support.
