Job summary

eNL Legal is seeking an experienced Restructuring Solicitor in Manchester with 8+ years' PQE to join a growing national team handling high-quality restructuring and insolvency work. The role offers exposure to complex domestic and international matters and collaboration with recognised specialists.

You will advise on non-contentious restructuring, work with corporate, finance and real estate teams, and help grow the practice across Manchester and Leeds while developing key client relationships.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' PQE in restructuring & insolvency, with strong technical background.
• Experience on non-contentious restructuring and insolvency matters.
• Commercial approach with excellent client care and business development.

Responsibilities

• Advise on a broad range of restructuring and insolvency matters; predominantly non-contentious.
• Collaborate with corporate, finance and real estate teams on transactions.
• Develop client relationships and help grow the practice across Manchester and Leeds.
• Supervise junior colleagues and manage transactions.
