Qualifications

• Proven experience in restructuring and insolvency law within a reputable firm.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and advisory skills.

• Ability to manage multiple matters with strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Manage transactional and advisory work as a key fee earner.
• Deliver high-quality legal advice and strategic solutions to clients.

• Work closely with clients to understand commercial needs and provide tailored advice.
