Job summary

Errington Legal Recruitment Limited is supporting a top UK law firm in London to recruit a Restructuring and Insolvency Associate/Senior Associate for a hybrid role.

The candidate will join a growing team, lead transactional work, and contribute to BD efforts to build a national practice while handling a varied, predominantly non-contentious caseload and collaborating across Corporate, Real Estate and Finance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years PQE in restructuring and insolvency or related field.
• Strong technical skills and experience of leading transactional work.
• Enthusiasm for business development with experience and capability of developing a national practice.

Responsibilities

• A broad R&I role working with stakeholders in a broad range of situations, such as investors, lenders, directors/individuals, corporates and practitioners.
