Job summary

Wendy's UK is seeking a Restaurant Technology Sr. Engineer to engineer, configure and support restaurant technology platforms across the UK and Europe.

The role sits in an international technology team, coordinating with US teams, operations, vendors and service partners to implement changes and resolve issues. The position focuses on configuring POS, kiosks, KDS, menus and pricing, leading deployments, and ensuring reliable operations across markets.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of progressive experience engineering and supporting retail, hospitality or QSR technology.
• Hands-on experience with POS, menu, pricing and promotional configurations.
• Experience working with third-party technology vendors and cross-functional technical teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and technical documentation skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and optimize restaurant technology platforms across markets.
• Lead build and deployment of changes to menus, pricing and system configurations with testing.
• Support openings, remodels and campaigns while maintaining documentation.
• Provide advanced technical support and troubleshoot platform issues.
• Serve as escalation point for Help Desk and guide technical teams.
• Collaborate with vendors to resolve issues and implement sustainable solutions.
• Support changes through testing, change management and deployment across markets.
