Job summary

Yorkshire Housing in Leeds is seeking a Resource Planning Manager for Mechanical & Electrical Services to lead planning, performance and compliance across gas, electrical and related programmes. You will manage a team of Senior Resource Planners, Resource Planners and Access Officers to ensure delivery within statutory timescales.

Reporting to the Head of Mechanical & Electrical, you will drive governance, data quality and continuous improvement, work with operational managers and stakeholders,

Qualifications

• Experienced operational leader with strong people management and planning, compliance, and performance management knowledge.
• Able to use data and insight to drive decisions and performance.
• Capable of bringing teams together to deliver safe, efficient, customer-focused services.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning function coordinating compliance activities, servicing programmes and operational support services.
• Provide leadership to your team, ensuring workloads, priorities and resources are managed effectively.
• Work with operational managers to ensure compliance activities are delivered efficiently and risks are escalated appropriately.
• Oversee critical compliance data, reporting and audit trails to support effective decision-making.
• Champion service improvement and enhance the customer experience.
• Lead on governance and assurance for compliance performance.
