About the role:
We are currently recruiting for a Senior Residential Support Worker in the Manchester area. You will be joining a two-bedded home for young people with backgrounds of EBD and CSE between the ages of 12-17. You will be joining an incredible Children’s Residential Provider, Ofsted rated good.
Their main purpose is to work together with young people to achieve positive outcomes with a restorative approach by showing empathy and understanding, conflict resolution, collaboration, empowerment, and positive role modelling.
