S.N.G HEALTHCARE LIMITED is seeking a Senior Residential Support Worker to join a Fareham-based children’s residential service. You will lead shifts, support and mentor staff, and help deliver high-quality, person-centred care for children with learning difficulties and challenging behaviours.
The role involves implementing care plans, safeguarding procedures and day-to-day home management, while ensuring a safe, supportive environment and collaboration with families and external professionals.
Location: Fareham
Salary: £33,600 per annum (depending on experience)
Hours: Full-time
Shifts: Early, late and long day shifts, with weekends on rotation
Shift Times:
Early: 7:00am – 2:30pm
Late: 2:30pm – 10:00pm
Long Day: 7:00am – 10:00pm

As an experienced Senior Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for supporting children and young people to live in a safe, stable and nurturing environment while providing high-quality, person-centred care and support.
You will take a senior role within the home, leading shifts, supporting and mentoring junior members of staff, and ensuring children’s individual needs are consistently met. You will also support the implementation of care plans, safeguarding procedures and the day-to-day running of the home.
You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of care, safeguarding and compliance, while working collaboratively with colleagues, families and external professionals to provide positive outcomes for the children.
