2-on 4-off rota | Residential childcare | Supportive management | Close-knit team

If you're an experienced support worker who thrives off making a positive impact on children and young people's lives, this is for you.

Leaders in Care are currently looking for experienced children's support workers to join a highly regarded private residential care provider in Manchester, for a pay rate of £13.50-£14.50/h + £50 sleep ins.

In this role, you will be supporting young people with personal care in residential settings. You will also be joining a really strong close-knit team that are supervised by a longstanding and supportive management structure.

You will work on a 2 on - 4 off rota on a weekly basis, giving you a great work-life balance to do the things you love outside of work.

Minimum Requirements

This role requires you to have completed an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent, as well as holding a full and clean driver’s licence.
