Experienced Leadership Team: Work alongside a highly experienced senior leadership team with expertise in child protection, ensuring a high standard of care and safeguarding practices.

Specialist Care Setting: A unique 2-bed home designed to meet the specific needs of the children we care for.

What We’re Looking For:

Qualified Support Workers: Experience working with children with learning disabilities and ASD is essential, and we value those with formal qualifications in Social Care, Children’s Services, or similar fields.

Passionate & Consistent: You’ll need a deep passion for working with children and a commitment to providing consistent, empathetic care.

Skilled & Knowledgeable: A strong understanding of the challenges children with disabilities face, along with knowledge of safeguarding, child protection, and trauma-informed approaches.

A Team Player: We’re looking for someone who thrives in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to create the best outcomes for the children.

What We Offer:

Competitive Salary: Up to £37,000 per annum, depending on experience
