JP Healthcare in Hyde, near Manchester, is seeking a Senior Residential Support Worker to assist children and young people with complex needs in a residential setting. The role involves leading shifts, delivering high-quality care, and supporting the management team to maintain safe, nurturing conditions.

You will provide person-centered care, act as a key worker, and contribute to care planning, safeguarding, and collaboration with families and external professionals.

Formación

• Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years' residential childcare experience.
• Strong safeguarding & trauma-informed care understanding.
• Experience with challenging behaviour / complex needs.

Full Time (40 hours – shifts, sleep-ins & weekends)

About the Role

We are recruiting a Senior Residential Support Worker to support children and young people with complex needs (EBD) in a residential setting.

You will support the management team in delivering high-quality, safe, and nurturing care, while leading by example on shift.

Requirements
