Compass Community Limited is seeking a Senior Residential Support Worker to lead shifts, supervise staff and ensure high standards of care in a children’s home. • Age 22 or older to meet Ofsted rules.
• 12+ months' experience as a Residential Support Worker.
• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare with at least 50% completed.
• Evidence of progress and transfer of qualification to Compass.
• Valid manual driving licence.

Responsabilités

• Teach children self-esteem and support their journey into adulthood.
• Create positive relationships with children and safeguard them at all times.
• Lead shifts and supervise staff, manage policies, risk assessments and rotas.
• Ensure welfare of each child and provide guidance to residential workers.
