Kisimul Group is seeking a Senior Residential Support Worker in Peacehaven to advocate for residents and deliver person-centred care. You will support staff to perform a wide range of duties, ensuring high-quality care and positive outcomes for residents served by the home.

You will lead engaging activities, contribute to care planning, maintain clear records and collaborate with the manager for consistent service delivery, while supporting staff development and meetings.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in Health & Social Care required or desirable.
• Diploma Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care mentioned by employer.

Responsibilities

• Advocate and provide person-centred care for residents.
• Support staff to perform duties effectively.
• Lead and contribute to recreational activities and outings.
• Assist in care planning and nutrition/hygiene knowledge.
