Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and support and mentor colleagues to maintain high standards of care.
• Help ensure the safety and wellbeing of children and young people in the home at all times.
• Support young people to build confidence, independence and positive outcomes through daily routines and activities.
• Assist with planning and delivering education attendance and community activities.
• Maintain accurate, sensitive data and incident reports as part of routine practice.
