Job summary

You will support independence, routines, and community activities, while maintaining safeguarding and detailed incident reporting.

Role requires driving license and a compassionate, child-centred approach with the ability to work collaboratively with families, professionals, and the Registered Manager.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Experience supporting children and young people in residential care is desirable.
