Qualifications

Full UK Driving Licence
Previous experience working in a residential childcare setting

Responsibilities

Leading by example and supporting the team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care
Assisting children with routines such as personal care, meals and activities
Mentoring junior staff and supporting professional development
Providing emotional and behavioural support to help children regulate emotions
Promoting learning, skill-building and personal growth
Maintaining accurate records and contributing to care planning
