Compass Community Limited is seeking a Senior Residential Support Worker to join our children’s home. If you are determined, caring and resilient, this role offers clear pathways into management and the chance to make a lasting difference in young lives.

You must be 22 or older, hold an NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Children's and Young People Workforce, have at least 2 years' residential childcare experience, and hold a valid manual driving license.

Formación

• Age 22 or above (to meet Ofsted regulations)
• NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Children's and Young People Workforce held
• At least 2 years of experience in residential childcare and with young people
• Valid manual driving license

Responsabilidades

• Lead staff supervision, shifts and rosters, ensuring policies and procedures are followed
• Carry out risk assessments and oversee placement plans; support education
• Build positive relationships with children and young people, safeguarding at all times
• Provide guidance and support to residential workers and welfare of each child
