Job summary

Compass Community is seeking a Senior Residential Support Worker to join Compass Homes. You will lead shifts, supervise staff, ensure placement plans are followed, support education opportunities for young people, and help create a safe, nurturing environment where children can thrive.

You must be 22+, hold the NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Children’s and Young People Workforce, have at least 2 years’ residential childcare experience, and possess a valid manual driving licence.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Children's and Young People Workforce required.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in residential childcare.
• Valid manual driving licence required.

• Teach children to build self-esteem and a positive path into adulthood.
• Create positive relationships and safeguard their welfare at all times.
