Qualifications

• Must be 22 years of age or older to meet Ofsted regulations.
• Minimum 12 months' experience as a Residential Support Worker.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and supervise staff, ensuring placement plans are followed and education is supported.
• Manage risk assessments, rotas, policies and procedures.
• Safeguard children and build positive relationships with them.
• Support welfare and care of each child and provide guidance to residential workers.
