Compass Community Limited is seeking a Senior Residential Support Worker to lead shifts, supervise staff and safeguard and educate children and young people in a residential setting, building positive relationships and supporting their journey toward adulthood.

You must have NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Children’s and Young People Workforce, at least 2 years’ residential childcare experience, a valid manual driving licence, and be 22 or older.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Children's and Young People Workforce is required.
• At least 2 years of residential childcare experience.
• A valid manual driving licence.
• Aged 22 or older to meet Ofsted regulations.

Responsabilités

• Lead shifts and supervise staff in a residential home.
